8/9/2020 (13 wks)
We’re looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join an amazing team in Hartford, CT for 13 weeks – Day (5/7.5hr). This job has an estimated gross pay of $1361 per week ($36/hr), and extra shift pay is below your hourly rate. This assignment is set to start on 8/9/2020, however the start date is flexible.
Connect you with the vetted recruiter who posted this job, get a pay package tailored to your goals, and request an interview in just a couple clicks. There are no apps to download or passwords to remember, and it’s 100% free!
After you request your match, you’re recruiter will let you know what they need to get you submitted, as well as answer any additional questions you may have about the facility, benefits, or anything you may want to know.
We’re here for you, even after the match! Each match comes with a Nomadicare travel mentor and a private text line just for you and us! Whether you’re a newbie or experienced pro, we’re here for you, whatever you need!
Yes! These pay packages are (really good) estimates rather than being individually customized to each individual traveler, which takes a ton of time and could lead to the job closing before you have a chance to apply. There may (or may not) be some ways the recruiter can sweeten the pot depending on which job it is, might as well ask!
Typically recruiters will need your resume, references, and licensure to get you fully submitted to an assignment. We cannot stress how important speed is in this equation. Once you request an interview or ask to verify a pay package, we’ll instantly connect you to the vetted recruiter who posted this job, and they can provide even more granular details of what they need to get you submitted.
SPEED! Get that paperwork in, and get your profile submitted. You can always interview and say no, but once the submittals are closed, you can’t get your name in the pot. Be prepared, be proactive, and ask your recruiter any questions you may have. Jobs can close within hours and many hiring managers only allow 5 submissions per job so we want to get your name in front of them asap to get you a shot at an interview!
Bait and switch doesn’t mean jobs don’t ever close. Bait and switch is when a recruiter or company intentionally leaves the job up or makes up a job that sounds good just to try to get travelers to come in.
When it’s unintentional and honest (as in the job really was open and it really did just close) that’s the nature of our industry so that’s going to happen sometimes. On Nomadicare’s job board, we update jobs so often it’s going to be rare for the jobs to be closed, but the more competitive the job is, or if you are in a low demand specialty, this increases the rate at which jobs close.
There are more than 400 agencies who want you, but not all of them have what you need. We match you with the recruiters who have the jobs, locations, and benefits you actually want.
Nomadicare’s purpose is to empower. It’s the lifeblood that flows through every single thing we create. We are here to make sure every traveler has all the transparent knowledge they need to make empowered decisions. We want you to feel confident so you can live your dream!
